Kaizen কী? Kaizen (改善) একটি জাপানি শব্দ, যার অর্থ হলো "নিরবিচারে উন্নতি" বা "ধাপে ধাপে উন্নয়ন"। এই ধারণাটি মূলত ব্যবস্থাপনা ও উৎপাদনে ব্যবহৃত হয়, বিশেষ করে Lean Manufacturing এবং Industrial Engineering–এ। "Kai" = পরিবর্তন "Zen" = ভালোর দিকে অর্থাৎ, Kaizen = ভালো পরিবর্তনের জন্য ধাপে ধাপে উন্নয়ন। Kaizen কী? For example, if SMV is 4.30 minutes, that’s the target time to make one t-shirt. >> Break Down the Process Divide sewing into small steps.
