5. Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Quality defect হলে আসল কারণ খুঁজে বের করা।
Tools:

  • 5 Why

  • Fishbone Diagram (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment)

Garments defect উদাহরণ:

  • Broken seam → Needle blunt

  • Uneven stitch → Feed-dog worn

  • Shade variation → Incorrect fabric lot mixing

6. Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing)

Defect ঘটার আগেই ব্লক করার টুল।
Garments examples:

  • Wrong panel attach prevent by color-coded matching

  • Shade mismatch block by lot separation system

  • Needle policy (broken needle record)

  • Guide attachment on machines

7. Kaizen (Continuous Improvement)

Factory floor-এ continuous improvement:
